General Information on Privacy
We use the term "Personal Identifiable Information" in this Privacy Policy to refer to first and last name, gender, email address, mailing address, medical history, profession, education, professional affiliations, race, health status, order history, prescribing habits, or other information used to identify you. Eckson Labs will collect and use only as much Personal Identifiable Information as is required by law or necessary to meet the purpose for which the Information is collected, as detailed in this Privacy Policy.

Sources of Personal Identifiable Information include individuals who transact business with Eckson Labs, such as our customers, vendors, contracting parties, and other users of our goods or services and informal visitors to our website who do not participate in or receive Eckson Labs services.

Most of our services do not require any form of registration, allowing informal visitors to browse our Website without telling us who they are. Some services, however, may require registration. Information from outside sources

We may also collect information about physicians or other health care professionals who register on our Website in order to verify their licensure status and identity. From time to time we may augment our existing user databases with legally obtained information from third parties. Health care Messages

We may target our marketing and health care messaging depending on information we have about you or send information to you that we may believe will benefit you, including information about any Eckson Labs product, in accordance with the Opt-Out section below. We may also personalize our Website based on your interests based on information you have shared with us, information we have gained by reviewing your previous visits, or information we may have gained from your interactions with a third party that shares information with us.

When we share information with third parties working on behalf of Eckson Labs, we use our best efforts to assure that they agree in writing to abide by Eckson Labs privacy policies. Tell-A-Friend

If you choose to use our referral function to tell a friend about our site, Eckson Labs will ask you for your friend's name and email address as well as your information. The form automatically sends your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. We do not access or store this information, except to send this invitation.

Spamming; Email Contacts
Eckson Labs does not condone "spamming." "Spamming" is sending unsolicited emails, usually of a commercial nature, in large numbers and repeatedly to individuals with whom the sender has had no previous contact or who have declined to receive such communications.

When Eckson Labs believes that certain product, health, or other information is of importance to you, and you have previously consented to our use of your name and address for such mailings (by, for example, providing us information under this Privacy Policy), Eckson Labs may inform you by email. Use of Anonymous Information; Cookies and Other Tracking Systems
In the course of providing services, operating this website, and otherwise conducting our business, we will compile and use anonymous information. Onward Transfer
